Haitian Dollar Inc has claim exemption from Securities Token registration with the SEC

The Virtual Currency has not been and will not be registered under the Securities Act, or any United States state securities laws or the laws of any foreign jurisdiction. This Offering in the United States is strictly limited to accredited investors and outside the United States is strictly limited to non-U.S. persons. The Company is claiming exemption from registration under Section 506(c) of Regulation D of the Securities Act and relying on Regulation S of the Securities Act.

The Company will not be registered as an investment company under the United States Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “Investment Company Act”). Consequently, Purchaser’s will not be afforded the protections of the Investment Company Act.
